Now there’s an app available, for iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad, that gets you to the music and your workout in a quick, convenient way.
Choose from shows you have downloaded to your device, or stream the shows directly from the website via Wi-Fi or through 3G network.
If you have to leave the app to deal with texts or emails you can easily jump out of the app and it will keep on playing without missing a beat, or hit the pause button to not miss a beat.
