I just found your site on itunes. How come I cannot print your weekly workout page? I want to try your pod on my bike sometime soon and would like to use the weekly workout as a reference. Any help?
Seems like a great site but want to try it on my bike when the wx turns bad.
    Thanks

    Hi Eddie,

Thank you for checking out the site, and for your feedback!

In reference to your question, the workout is included in each weeks mp3 file and can be accessed using the lyrics function if you have an iTouch or iPhone (if you have a new iPod some models also have the ability to display lyrics also so you can avoid having to print the workout)

Simply select our show to play and then tap the screen on your iTouch/iPhone to display the workout and follow along.

If you prefer to print the Weekly Workout via the iTunes subscription function, look under the Podcast heading on the left hand side of iTunes and look for our show, and click the triangle next to it’s name, and you will see if the PDF file, with the workout, has been download.

If you set the work ‘Get’ next to it then click on it and the workout file will be download and all you have to do is double click it to open in Adobe and print from there.

You can also access all the mp3 and PDF files directly from our website, by right clicking the file(s) you want and choosing ‘Save As’

And don’t forget that you can download most of the songs we use as individual mp3 files to add to your iTunes library for free if you hear a song you want to have.
