level 2 (comfortable/HR Range: 65 – 75%)
level 3 (challenging/HR Range: 75 – 85%)

    keep up the good work. enjoy the music and riding for one hour. it makes the ride fly. thanks. especially good when the yankees are playing and i am riding. like to do it also to the Tour and other bike races on tv. always open to new music!!
